Feathering is a very specialised semi-permanent tattoo technique, whereby a shape is created or enhanced by using a series of fine hair-like strokes along the skin, in the same hair growth pattern as your existing hair.
Healing time is over a 7 day period whereby you apply a healing balm twice a day and need to avoid any creams, makeup, sun or water to allow your tattoo to heal properly.
Unlike a "traditional" type of tattoo, there is generally NO bleeding and is not obvious to other people that it has been done. You can return to work or normal activities the next day. Also, unlike a "traditional" tattoo, the process is relatively pain free after anaesthetic is applied to the skin.
A touchup is required after 4 weeks to perfect any faded lines in the healing process. This touchup is included in the price! A second touchup may be needed within the next 3 months following. This touchup is also included in the price!
